Q: Why does my order have different tracking numbers?

A: We ship from different warehouses all over the US. Each warehouse will ship with a different tracking number

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: We do offer gift cards online and in our store. You will need to email us for further assistance.

Q:How many days do I have to return an item?

A: Our return policy is 14 days after tracking shows your item has been delivered or after the date you picked up your order.

Items are only eligible for return or exchange when sent back in the original condition in which they were received: unwashed, tags attached, and in original packaging. Return/exchanges must also be free of any signs of wash, wear, or odors.
